Il est né en 1979, a étudié à Oulan Bator et est artiste « freelance » depuis 2001. Ses œuvres relatent la vie moderne d’un citadin avec les tourments des villes toutefois adoucis par des éléments naturels comme les papillons ou les arbres par exemple. Il utilise des techniques mixtes comme le collage et la peinture à l’huile.
