Il est né en 1979 dans une petite ville au sud de Oulan Bator. Depuis 2009 il directeur de la « National Modern Art Gallery ». Son thème favori est celui des chevaux qu’il peint très souvent en position debout afin de symboliser la recherche du « ciel » qui est un élément sacré pour l’ensemble du peuple mongol.
